  • Pets:                                           8,-   € / pet /day  (after consultation with the owner maximum of 3 dogs allowed)

  • Heating advance payment :      14,-  € / day * from October to March
     

*The gas meter will be read on your arrival and departure. If the prepayment would not be sufficient, the missing amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Price 1 m³ of gas = €1.8

 

Please note that you rent the whole house with a terrace, a living space of 140 m² with a sophisticated interior and a large garden, your own FREE parking space on the closed property, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, bed linen and 2 towels per person,  not "just" a small apartment!
 
 

We charge 200, - € security deposit (will be refunded if it does not cause any damage)

•             Bank Transfer

•             PayPal  the biggest payment service of the World,  uncomplicated and fast transfer.

                If you would like to pay via PayPal, please use the  e-mail dress  
              *hausinbudapest@unitybox.de*  and increase the amount by 3% to compensate the PayPal charges.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

•             30% deposit within 2 bank days after reservation.

•             70% of the rental sum and the 150 € security deposit must be paid 14 days before your arrival.
               Acceptance of the money is decisive.

 

CANCELLATION METHODS:

•             Cancellation is free of charge until 14 days before your arrival (The deposit is returned)

•             Within 14 days we charge 30% of the rental sum. (We reserve the deposit if we cannot rent the house at other times!)

•             If you cancel 1 week before the arrival date, we are entitled to 80% of the rental price.

•             4 days before arrival we charge 100%
 

After receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail
